Zebra
Zebra is a visual and narrative exploration of what it means to be human in a world shaped by contradiction, injustice, and constant change. In this collection, the zebra stands as a symbol—of solitude, difference, and the quiet strength it takes to exist on the margins. Its black-and-white stripes reflect the paradoxes we live with: hope and despair, belonging and isolation, resilience and vulnerability. Each zebra in this series represents a human story—told through images and allegories—about war, displacement, discrimination, and the longing for recognition. But beneath the surface of suffering lies something else: endurance. These zebras walk harsh paths, not as victims, but as beings learning to survive, adapt, and reclaim a sense of self. This project invites the viewer to look inward. It is a reminder that only by facing our hidden fears and embracing our complexity can we move toward healing and freedom.
